PicturesToExe has simple and intuitive interface, so creating of a presentation is very easy. All you have to do is choose some pictures (in JPG, GIF or BMP format). PicturesToExe will produce single EXE file, which contains all images inside. There’s has been mixed reports, positive and negative, from the scene (in various forums) about the effectiveness of the License.dal. However, most reports indicate the License.dal is working from those that followed the directions in the “Installing-Diskeeper.rtf”, i.e:
You MUST keep the Setup.exe and License.dal in the same folder when you install the program. Otherwise, it will later prompt you to enter a 29-digit authorization key.
It is also recommended that after installation and before the initial/first launch of DK that you copy the License.dal the installation directory (folder).
This download package contains a setup.exe for Vista OS running under both the X86 and X64 systems. AGAIN, please read and follow the install instructions and you should be good-to-go!

Changes:
Speed and stability improvements when uploading or downloading many small files, especially from FTP servers.
Added so the “Downloaded a File” Tip window, if semi-transparent, will fade in to opaque when you mouse over.
Fading was so cool, I added to the regular download windows. Semi-Transparent option is in the menu icon in the upper left corner of the window.
Rapidshare changed something…fixed again. You’ll need to run the RUN_ME.EXE to update a DLL.
